We can't care for our clients if we don’t care for our team, so we offer all our Care Assistants:
- £12.00 ph
- Reviewed after probation (usually 6 months) working min 25 hours, one eve a week and one shift every other weekend and SCW.
- £14.00ph on Bank Holidays
- £20.00 ph Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing high quality care & support to our customers during all aspects of their daily life including :
- Supporting both male and female clients with personal care
- Providing companionship
- Assisting with shopping, meal preparation and simple domestic tasks
- Supporting with medication management
- Promoting independence to our customers as an alternative to residential care homes.
Opportunities available in: Cardiff City Centre, Cardiff Bay, Grangetown, Splott, Canton, Caerau and also Rumney, Llanrumney, St Mellons and Tremorfa.
