- 2 years post registration experience
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records in accordance with NMC standards

Responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Planning nursing care and providing interventions for drug and alcohol users.
- Assessing the care needs of those in the service
- Continual evaluation of the programmes that patients are receiving.
- Liaising with fellow professionals in the delivery of training surrounding substance misuse.
