We are looking to recruit a dynamic and passionate childcare practitioners to work in a small fun 43 place nursery in Horsforth, Leeds. The contracted hours of work are for 40 hrs per week over 5 days. The nursery is open 7.30am -6.00pm, where you will work within a flexible shift pattern as required.
You will hold a minimum level 3 childcare qualification with recent experience in a nursery or similar environment. Under the direction of the Manager and senior staff, you will work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care which meets the individual needs of the children, making and maintaining positive relationships with children and their families.
If you hold a relevant- (placement assessed, not knowledge only based) Level 2 qualification in childcare and are willing to take on your level 3 qualification then we may also consider this.

The successful candidate will be working with children aged 6mth – 5 years old, providing high quality care and education for all. We would like to see a broad and balanced understanding and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to lead planning and evaluation of activities to aid children’s learning.
The candidate will need a DBS and a suitability check completing upon a successful interview. We can do this with you if you do not have one currently.
