Continuity of Care Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Complex Care Assistant to join our specialist complex care team in
West Malling, supporting two individuals who live together in their own home. This is more than a care role; it is an opportunity
to provide meaningful, person-centred support that enhances independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
We are currently recruiting compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Complex Care Assistants to join a seven-day-per-week
care package. Flexibility is essential, as the successful candidate will be required to provide cover for sickness absence and
annual leave across weekdays and weekends within the Complex Care team.
Please note that occasional night shifts may also be required to support respite care arrangements when family members are
away.
Essential Requirements:
Previous complex care experience (essential)
Full UK driving licence (essential)

About the Role:
Continuity of Care Services Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistants to support two clients living
together in the same household. One client lives with a severe learning disability and epilepsy, the second client lives with
cerebral palsy, a learning disability, and epilepsy. Both clients require a high level of complex care and value support to access
the community. They enjoy outings such as visits to country parks, and other social activities. This role would suit a patient,
caring, and proactive individual who is committed to providing person-centred support.
Prior to starting, you will have the opportunity to meet the clients and their family to ensure you feel confident and well-
prepared for the role.

Personal care
Complex Moving and handling
Medication administration
PEG Feeding
Epilepsy management
Providing emotional support
Bowel management
Skills training specific to the individuals needs will be provided by Continuity Training Academy.
