About the role 


As Clinical Care Practitioner, you will support the Nursing team in managing the day-to-day running of the care teams, ensuring the delivery of the highest level of person-centred care and support to residents and their families and friends. 


You will be a highly experienced carer holding Level 3 H&SC, with a genuine passion for people and the desire to ensure that those we care for can live their best lives by being dedicated, thoughtful and reliable. Briardene, part of the Mariposa Care Group, is located to the west of Newcastle-upon-Tyne with excellent transport links. Operating in the village of Westerhope, the home specialises in Nursing, Residential and Dementia care. There are 60 bedrooms throughout the spacious home, which also benefits from large and airy communal spaces and beautiful gardens.
