Job Title:                  Registered Home Manager (RN)

Salary:                       £65,000 + Package + Bonus

Avon Search and Selection are excited to be working with a Care provider of choice to help them source an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead the team at one their Private care facilities in Southport. The company provides luxurious, modern facilities and the highest levels of care for its clients. 

The Person:

The successful person must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Registered Home Manager role. You will need to be a Registered Nurse and ideally have your RMA or be willing to work towards it.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• · Managing and developing high quality services for all residents
• · Developing and guiding the team of staff.
• · Encourage and instill a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service
• · Actively working with staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care.
• · The promotion of high standards of nursing care, following CQC and NMC guidelines, by ensuring all staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner.

Skills and Experience:

• · Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised
• · Dependable and honest
• · Able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the Home.
• · Demonstrate a track record in leading, motivating, managing and developing staff.
• · A clear understanding of leadership responsibilities in social care
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Skills:

• · Proven management experience within the sector
• · RGN/RMN qualified with active PIN
• · An enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role (Paid for by the Client)
