Are you passionate about empowering others and making a genuine difference in people’s lives? We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Kinmel Bay, helping two incredible ladies with learning disabilities to lead active, fulfilling, and independent lives.

About the Role
Pay is £12.60 with an overtime rate of £13.90
We are recruiting for 2 positions within this project:
- Full-Time Role in Kinmel Bay – 2 days on, 2 days off pattern with sleep-ins (Shift: 8am - 4pm the next day, 32 hours per shift) - FEMALE only - driving perferred unless very experienced
- Part-Time Role in Kinmel Bay – 24 hours day time - FEMALE only - driving perferred unless very experienced
- 30 hours Support Workers – Covering annual leave and sickness across this and our other supported living homes in Denbigh and Deganwy - MALE and FEMALE
What You'll Be Doing
? Providing high-quality support to enhance independence and daily living skills.
? Encouraging and enabling participation in social, leisure, and community activities.
? Supporting personal care with dignity and respect.
? Using Active Support techniques to help individuals take part in everyday tasks rather than doing things for them.
? Promoting communication and interaction through verbal and non-verbal methods.
? Ensuring comfort, well-being, and safety at all times.
Experience is welcome but not essential! If you have a passion for supporting people to live their best lives, we will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you thrive.
A full manual driving licence is preferred to assist with community-based activities, but it’s not a requirement.
