Requirements / Job Role
- Role: Registered Manager
- Hours: Full time hours 35+ per week with additional on-call hours required on a rota basis.
- Location: Codford
- Salary: negotiable depending on experience, potential annual remuneration.
- MUST be able to work every other weekend
- MUST drive and have access to own vehicle
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience in the care sector
Role Overview:
We are recruiting a highly motivated manager who will be required to be hands on in ensuring high quality standards are met. As Registered Manager you will be seen as a wealth of knowledge and support for your team and be expected and be responsible for:
- Manage all aspects of the staff team & provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities & have support they need to carry out their role.
- Recruitment, retention and management of Field Staff
- Responsible for the delivery of high-quality care
- Supporting & Working with client’s and their families/ representatives
- Safeguarding
- Business development
- Managing Complex Clients in the community
- Attending MDT meetings
- Working with clinical teams to deliver Nurse Delegated interventions in the community
- Monitor & Maintain the compliance of quality of the branch against the standards set by CQC
- Supervision of all staff with the ability to motivate
- Detailed knowledge of CQC Standards
