We are looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistants to join our team at Holme House, Cleckheaton.
Jon Specifics:
- Full time and part time positions - 1 to 4 shifts per week available
- 13.75 hour shifts - 7:15am to 9pm
- Alternate weekend working

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care
What We're Looking For

- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
