We are looking for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic person to join our family based team. Due to exciting career progressions, positions have become available within our nursery and we are thriving to find the perfect person to join us. We have Room Leading, Room Senior and Assistant Deputy roles available and want someone who is experienced to join us in providing children with the best possible opportunities. The role would be working directly with the children, whilst overseeing the team and ensuring that high levels of care and education are upheld. We want someone who understands the importance of providing children with well tailored activities that are sculpted to ensure children achieve the most during their time with us. Candidates must have at least a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor children during their sessions, ensuring their care routines are upheld whilst pushing them further developmentally.
- Keep track of the children's' activities throughout the day and provide detailed feedback to parents.
- Lead games and activities that teach children important life skills.
- Consult with other staff members to develop the best possible curriculum for the room.
- Deal with behaviour in a tactful and respectful manner.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Safeguarding is of the uptmost importance to us and employment is subject to full checks being obtained including a clear DBS being received and two full and relevant references.
