At My Supported Life, we're passionate about enhancing lives by supporting people in the ways they choose. We provide person-centred support to working age adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in their own homes across Gloucestershire, helping people live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.

As a Support Worker, no two days are the same:
- Support people with daily living, independence and achieving personal goals
- Promote choice, dignity, rights and wellbeing
- Encourage community participation and meaningful activities
- Maintain accurate care records and work as part of a supportive team
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that reflects our values
Shift Patterns:
We have full time, part time and BANK opportunities available
You will be expected to work on a set rota basis, made 2 to 4 weeks in advance, including alternate weekends
- Early: 7am - 2:30pm
- Late: 2:30pm - 10pm
- Long Day: 7am - 10pm
- Sleep in or Waking Night (Optional): 10pm - 7am
Pay & Benefits:
- £13.09 per hour
- £62.50 per sleep-in

What we're looking for:
- Caring, reliable and positive individuals who want to make a genuine difference and willing to align with our values (CCARE)
- Experience is welcome but not essential - full training is provided
- UK Driving Licence preferred
