You will be visiting people in their own homes to assist them with household tasks, preparing meals and undertaking personal care tasks, administering medication and occasionally accompanying the client on visits such as to the doctor, hospital or shopping. The care and support given will need to be documented.
Shift pattern is working five days per week Monday-Sunday on a rolling rota (days vary), shifts can start at 7am and finish at 10pm and includes some weekends.
Some of the location we operate but not limited to the places below:
Henley, Sonning Common, Thame, Didcot, Wallingford, Watlington South Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Marlow. (all surrounding area)
*Responsibilities*

There will be some important administration to do as well, such as dispensing and recording medicines for the people you support and maintaining accurate records and reports. Everything you do should be in line with current legislative and care standards as per CQC guidelines.
