St Andrews Support Workers:

Earn up to £21,028.16

Full-time & Part-time shifts available


Rymonth service supports 20 people in their own flats. Rymonth support people with a diverse range of support needs.


The service is situated a 5 minute walk from St Andrews bus station where you will find regular buses to the rest of Fife.


Rymonth service has a great community feel. All the flats are situated within one building meaning there is no travelling between sites and there are always other staff in the building to provide peer support.


There are good opportunities to develop you skill in care due to the diverse variety of support needs in the service.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people.
  • Communicate and work well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
  • Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
