Support Worker – Supported Living

Credence Care | Rugby
Full Time – 40 Hours per Week (7am – 9pm rota)
£12.71 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in improving people’s lives. You will:

  • Support individuals with everyday living and personal goals
  • Encourage independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion
  • Help people access community activities, appointments, and social opportunities
  • Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
  • Assist with household tasks such as cooking, budgeting, and light domestic duties
  • Support with medication where required
  • Keep clear and accurate records in line with care plans
  • Work as part of a friendly, supportive team
  • Provide personal care when needed

You don’t need previous experience – just the right attitude. We’re looking for:

  • A kind, positive, and reliable person
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • Flexibility to work a rota including alternate weekends
  • A driving licence (desirable due to the nature of the role)
