Sector: Support Worker, Care Assistant

 

Description:

 

  • Required for our Maitland House care home in Reading.
  • Shifts available: 13 hours per week, 19 hours per week and 32.5 hours per week (with a willingness to step up to senior when required on this shift).
  • The role will involve provision of hands on high standards of care to our elderly residents.
  • Pay per hour: £13.20 as a Care Assistant with additional pay with relevant Certificates.
  • £2.00 hourly uplift at weekends.

You will be required to:

  • Support residents' daily needs.
  • Give medication.
  • Provide washing, dressing, toileting and incontinence care.
  • Assist at meal times.
  • Support residents with their mobility.
