We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to assist supervise and coordinate group of care workers by ensuring support is provided in a Supervisor capacity. You'll manage and resolve any day to day issues or incidents relating to the provision of care service.
Candidates MUST have the right to work in the UK and NO sponsorship for work permit.
The Team Leader role will involve: Keeping the service at the centre of all that you do. Support service user to achieve maximum independence. Ensure that the Service Users working environment is safe. Ensure confidentiality. Ensure adequate knowledge and comply with risk assessments.
Hours - Evening Weekday and weekend shift
Pay - £12.50ph
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Care coordinator in a care setting is required for this position with minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and social care. Job Type: Full-time Schedule
