To provide assistance with all aspects of personal care needs as stated on the Service Users Car Plan
To ensure that Care is delivered in a manner that demonstrates respect for privacy, dignity and rights of the Service User at all times
To promote and assist Service Users to remain independently as possible
To conduct yourselves professional towards Service Users and Families
To maintain Confidential at all times
Administration of medication
Food preparation
To ensure the safety of all Service Users
To bring to the attention of your Registered Manager, Supervisor any information, incident, occurrence, behaviour or condition that may affect the care to be received by the Service User
To work as part of a Team. Have good working relationships with colleagues, Service Users, Peers and Relatives, Professionals Bodies
To maintain clear and accurate records in the Service Users logs
To follow Log In and Out System in Service Users homes
To attend regular Staff Meetings
To attend and participate in regular supervisory sessions and complete 6 monthly appraisals
To keep up to date with Mandatory Training
To comply with Carers with Care Policies and Procedures
To wear full Uniform Provided at all times
36+ hours / full time hours only, must work everyother weekend
