Who are FiNN Home Care?

FiNN Home Care Ltd was born late in 2019 by its founders Chris and Liz Hogan (Mother and Son). After having worked in the care industry for a combined 32 years, they realised there was something missing and endeavoured to fill that gap.

Both Chris and Liz began their journey as carers initially and over the many years that followed they undertook many different roles with the various companies they worked for. In 2013 Chris's Son (Liz's eldest Grandson) Finley was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Autism. This gave Chris and Liz the opportunity to view care from a personal perspective and thereafter ideas were formed.

Our Aim

We strive to provide high quality care at home meaning our clients can stay in their own home where so many happy memories are made.

We want to provide our clients with the care they deserve and do this by tailoring a personalised care plan that meets their heath and social care needs. We meet some wonderful people along the way and see so many loving families similar to our own. Having provided care to their own loved ones Chris and Liz realise that often the family members become carers by default, we are passionate about giving families their intended roles back i.e Daughter, Son, Wife, Husband, etc. For us care and support should impact the whole family not just the direct client.

At FiNN Homecare we specialise in providing a live in care service that is second to none! We have at our disposal an extensive resource of carers allowing us to guarantee that the carer you get meets all of your needs, wishes and helps you achieve your goals.

Live in care offers individuals the opportunity to stay at home and remain as independent as possible whilst at the same time meeting all of your care needs.

Domiciliary Care is seen as the first stepping stone when first receiving care. It has the ability to provide a support level that is not invasive and can be tailored to your needs and abilities and work around your personal life.

You can rest assured knowing that our care team are provided with extensive training to industry standards and go through all the necessary recruitment checks i.e Advanced DBS checks, references, proof to work in the UK and so on.
