Nurse Seekers are working alongside a leading Nursing Home on the outskirts of Glasgow and assisting in their recruitment for a new Nurse Team Leader to join their existing Healthcare team.
Our client is open to hearing from Nurses with experience in elderly care, and is offering a flexible shift pattern to best suit the requirements of the successful candidate.
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent hourly pay rate and will be expected to lead the Healthcare team whilst on shift. This is a Senior position and will require a candidate who is competent and comfortable with managing colleagues.
During the shifts the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and medical needs of all residents are met. This is an extremely rewarding role where no two days are the same.
