Flourish Day Nursery is a hybrid nursery with a mixture of our own bespoke early years curriculum and an emphasis on natural resources to spark children’s natural curiosity, along with regular use of outdoor learning at the local common throughout the week, covering all seven 7 areas of the EYFS.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Practitioner at Flourish Day Nursery located in Esher. The Nursery Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for children between the ages of 0-5 years old. The Nursery Practitioner will create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children that promotes learning through play and provides opportunities for growth and development. Duties also include maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with parents and caregivers, and contributing to the overall management and development of the nursery.
Requirements;
- Full time (Mon - Fri)
- Level 3 (Minimum)
- 1 year previous childcare experience
- Sound. knowledge of EYFS framework
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Nurturing positive attitude towards childcare
