We want great residential support workers! We’re offering the opportunity to work for a great little respite care home. We are a 6-bed respite care home for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex needs.

The Job
We are seeking new Support Workers, we have day and late shifts and can offer full and part time contracts. You will be working alternate weekends.
PART TIME ONLY
Our shift pattern is usually:
This will be a 30 hour contract working the following rota:
Week 1: Monday, Saturday & Sunday 2200-0900
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 2200-0900
We Can Offer You
· £11.80/hour Basic
· +25pence per hour overtime on Weekdays
· +50pence per hour overtime rate on Weekends
· Full time, part time & flexible hour contracts available
· £170 bonus on completion of probation

We Are Looking For
· The ability to build positive professional relationships with residents and colleagues in a team.
· Someone who offers consistent and friendly support with attention to detail.
· Good judgement and a sense of responsibility.
· Experience of working with people with mental health conditions or learning disabilities would be valuable but not essential for the role.
· Ideally, we're after someone that can work some early shifts and some late, but all candidates will be considered
