About the Role

The Role
We seek qualified Level 2 and Level 3 nursery practitionerswith the energy and enthusiasm to provide a variety of inviting and engaging activities for preschool children and babies to join our close-knit team in a term time setting with the addition of after school hours and a holiday club.
Working hours are 8am to 5.30pm or 8am to 2.30pm (including one 5.30pm finish per week), Monday to Friday with the requirement to cover a minimum of two weeks out of term holiday club during the year.

We are a new nursery that opened March 2017 and have been graded by Ofsted as a GOOD. We cater for children from 3 months to 5 years old. We are open from 8am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday all year round and our sessions look like this:
- 8-8.30 Early drop off
- 8.30-11.30 Morning Session
- 11.30-2.30 Afternoon Session
- 2.30-5.30 Evening session
Our nursery is split into 3 age groups under 2's, 2-3 year olds, 3-5 year olds. This is a rough guide and we will place children where we think the will develop best.
At Footsteps123 we ensure we are providing a welcoming environment where your child’s safety is paramount and their individual needs are always met . Children learn best through play at this age and we have fully recognised this and ensure we use the child's interests in order for them to achieve their learning outcomes.
Daily access to our outdoor space is an important part of the routine across all age groups. Children are able to develop skills in all areas of learning whilst being outside.
