Care Assistant

We are looking for Care Assistants to join our friendly, hard working team. The job will include a mixture of personal care and support services in Service User's own homes. Our role is to meet the varied needs and requirements of the Service Users from helping with dressing, more personal care or making tea- which is an essential skill required for this job! You will build up a professional relationship with the Service User's and their families to fulfil a very rewarding role. Our Service User's have varying needs, which means you may be working with another on a double run, or on your own on a single call. You will be required to work shifts on a rota which is given out on a weekly basis, for example morning and lunch run or tea and bed run. We cover Rushden, Wellingborough, Irthlingborough, Irchester and Burton Latimer. Your fuel costs will be reimbursed. You will initially train under the supervision of the Registered Manager or Supervisor, who will continue to support you whilst you work with us. There are also opportunities to progress within the company through training courses. - A level two or above qualification is desirable, but not essential as you will receive training on the job. - A driving licence is required. - Uniform supplied.
