Some of the Job description duties include:
- Deputise for the Deputy Manager in their absence.
- Complete staff rotas on a 4 weekly basis and cover Holiday and Absence
- Staff supervision
- On-Call responsibility - with ability to cover calls as and when needed
- Support with Service user reviews and assessments when required
- work flexibly with the management team to cover office and out of office hours
- Protecting service users and staff from abuse.

Pure Heart Homecare provides support to people in their own homes with personal care and daily support needs like attending appointments and social activities.
We are looking for a candidate that is enthusiastic and friendly with a passion for care. Candidates must have own Driving Licence and have the ability to travel. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care is essential (or working towards) all mandatory training will be completed within the first 12 weeks of employment.
