Position: Health Care Support Worker (Female)

Salary: £14.00 per hour

Area: Sutton in Ashfield (Mansfield)

Hours: Full Time

3 x 12 hour shifts a week

Days 8am to 8pm

Nights 8pm to 8am

You will need to be flexible to work both days, nights, & alternate weekends

We are looking for a caring, positive, fun loving person to help support a female in her own home, you must have a can do attitude and a love of animals is essential as part of the role is to help look after the family dog.

Section 7(2b) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 applies that there is a genuine occupational requirement for female staff for these positions

Responsibilities and Duties:

The individuals in the role will be required to provide personal, practical, social and emotional support to clients within their own home. This will be in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. You will also provide and maintain a high standard of care to clients with Complex care needs whilst also promoting independence within a safe environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Complex care experience to is preferential but not a necessity as training and competencies will be delivered.
