As our organisation continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our local operations and ensure continued compliance, quality, and excellence in care delivery.
Role Overview
The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the domiciliary and supported living services, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. You will lead, support, and inspire a team of care coordinators, team leaders, and support staff to deliver exceptional standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations, Health & Social Care Act 2008, and local authority contracts.

Provide strong leadership and management to staff, promoting a positive, open, and inclusive culture.

Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and appraisal of staff to maintain a competent and motivated workforce.

Ensure care plans and risk assessments are person-centred, regularly reviewed, and effectively implemented.

Monitor and improve the quality and safety of care delivery through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Investigate and respond to complaints, incidents, and safeguarding concerns in line with company procedures.

Build and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and external professionals.

Lead CQC inspections and ensure ongoing compliance with Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs).

Contribute to strategic development and business growth within the Gloucester area.
Essential Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within health and social care.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Proven experience managing domiciliary or supported living services.

Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Experience in supervising staff, managing rotas, and ensuring service continuity.

Good IT skills and familiarity with digital care systems.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex care requirements.
- Drive with access to own vehicle
- Experience working within a fast-paced, growing organisation
