At Addocare Scole, we provide quality care in our Service Users' homes.
Live in carers required to support clients within their homes for a minimum of 2 weeks to indefinite.
Our unique approach to listening, understanding and providing care for vulnerable people enables us to give the personal attention and service that is as unique as the Service User wants it to be. We are looking for that special person to join our small family-run business, helping our clients with personal care, support and light household chores in their homes in Diss and the surrounding area. We can offer a permanent contract for a full-time or part-time position, starting immediately. We are a close-knit team, and are keen to help you develop your skills, and to make the most of your natural talent and compassionate nature. We give every member of our team the opportunity to feel valued.
Experience is not essential because full training is given, and we would take care of any DBS checks.
We don't use zero hours contracts - we can guarantee a certain number of hours each week. We also pay for annual leave, a uniform, and all the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) you would need.
We run a bonus scheme for care workers to reward good attendance, and provide a private healthcare insurance for all our staff. The appropriate candidate could be enrolled on our apprenticeship scheme where you would gain a qualification in Health and Social Care.
