Flexible hours from 0700hrs and finish 2100hrs including alternate weekends.

Full time and part time permanent contracts available.

Duties for this role include:

·               Enabling individuals to achieve their maximum ability and independence

·               Providing companionship and personal assistant services,

·               supporting with meals and drinks preparations

·               Supporting with daily personal care needs

·               Liaising with families and other professional agencies

·               supporting with medication (training provided)

·               Supporting with shopping and accompanying to medical appointments

·               Documentation and report writing

Requirements:

·               Experience in care not necessary but can be an advantage

·               Professional approach to work is required

·               Clear and effective communication skills

·               Driving licence and own car

·               Must be willing to be trained and undertake DBS checked
