At Your Choice Devon, we provide personal support, homecare and outreach services for young people and adults with additional needs.

Our service strives to promote personal independence and wellbeing with a person centred approach. Offering support and guidance to individuals in daily life skills including cooking, cleaning, personal shopping, finances, social activities and involvement.

The YourChoice Devon team can support individuals in current work placements or support the individuals to look for work within their personal preferences and abilities.

Our main aim is to encourage and support individuals to be independent and inclusive of their local community.

All care packages and support that we provide are person centred and tailored to meet individuals needs and outcomes. We look at what the individual requires from their support and look at how we can help the individual achieve their personal outcomes.
