Brooklands is a purpose build 45 beds residential and nursing care home.Our specially adapted interiors and exteriors, friendly staff and family-based atmosphere invite the residents to relax and enjoy their stay. Above all, we are firmly committed to making everyone who stays with us feel completely at home.

 

The Home was originally built in the 1960s as a purpose built Home for the elderly.  The building has been completely refurbished and has been opened as Brooklands Care Home since November 1994.  The home is designed with a view of the garden from most bedrooms. 

Brooklands is registered with the Care Quality Commission, as a Care Home with 45 beds providing Residential and Nursing care for the elderly for dementia,pallative care,physical disability and end of life care for service users over 65 years of age.

 
At Brooklands, we strive to meet all the physical, psychological, social, spiritual and cultural needs of our Service Users with a sensitive, understanding and caring manner whilst encouraging them to express their individuality and exercise autonomy within a safe setting.
