About the role:
This person will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare and preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an early years setting including experience in managing and directing staff members.
This person will be a leader of staff and will ably and enthusiastically maintain an environment that promotes the goals of the room and the ethos and core values of the company. This person will be seen as a leader with excellent communication skills with children, families and staff. This person will take on the role of a key carer with a maximum of 10 children taking control of all aspects of their learning and development.

Curriculum Overview
