Your Role:
As the Care Home Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and developing care plans for residents, ensuring they are both effective and person-centred.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare or care home setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
