SENIOR CHARITY OPERATIONS MANAGER
£32,204 - £36,127 p.a. (36.25 hours), plus Pension Scheme
Age UK North Tyneside is looking for a dynamic, organised and experienced manager to support teams to deliver services for older adults in North Tyneside as part of our current 5 year strategy.
The Senior Charity Operations Manager is tasked with leading and coordinating locality based teams to provide quality services which promote independence, respect, dignity and encouraging a love for later life.
The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic plans promoting a diverse range of services using a community asset based approach while identifying and raising funds to help deliver these.
This person is responsible for managing our Charity team and a portfolio of mixed projects and services which support our offer. This includes monitoring KPIs, budgeting, evaluation and customer feedback.
