RGN Nurse

Nurse Seekers are proud to be working for a state of the art residential neuro- rehabilitation provider located in St Neots who are looking for an RGN nurse. Our client provides an outstanding, dedicated and person-centred clinical approach for residents with a variety of complex conditions, whilst at the same time focuses on physical and emotional wellbeing to aid recovery. They are now looking to expand their dedicated team with an enthusiastic, experienced and caring registered nurse. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and clinical skills, must have neuro-rehab experience and will work well within a team. You will be experienced in leading staff, and you will have full responsibility for the service when required, to ensure smooth day to day running of the shift. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be accountable for providing the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing. You will be accountable for providing the highest standard of care and nursing expected of an experienced RGN across all aspects of the role. Flexibility in your approach is essential as you will be required to work alternate weekends and a variety of shift patterns including, days, evenings and nights where appropriate.
