An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Learning & Development Advisor to deliver mandatory training to staff in all care homes. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers


**To be considered for this position you must hold a PTTLS Level 3 & NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care**


As the Learning & Development Advisor your key duties include:

·        You will be responsible for delivering mandatory, compliance and required training to the homes. This will include Health and Safety, manual handling, first aid (1 day) SOVA, COSHH, Infection Control

·        You will assist in the design of training sessions and, in conjunction with the Learning and Development Manager; draw up an annual Training and Development plan for each of your allocated homes

·        Producing and contributing to divisional reports, you will maintain the Trust’s training KPI’s, liaising with homes and proactively following up where required


The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·        Substantial experience of working as a trainer in social care

·        Have a proven track record in facilitating and delivering high quality training and will be committed to the values of training and CPD

·        Ability to motivate others

·        You will have excellent presentation skills

·        A confident, advanced communicator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills


The successful Advisor will receive an excellent salary of £41,440.67 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
