About the Role:

The ideal candidate will specialise in Laser treatments and injectables, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in patient care and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional non-surgical treatments, including Lasers, Botox, and dermal fillers.
- Conduct skin analysis and provide expert advice.
- Lead and manage a team of therapists.
- Drive patient retention and meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and conduct audits.
Qualifications:
- NMC registered
- Expertise in Laser and injectable treatments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
- Flexibility to work hours that meet business needs.
