Care assistant (nights)
We currently have a full-time position for nights
We have full time hours available on a rota basis which includes flexible weekends one on and one off.
previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
We can be flexible with train times
we will supply you with 2 uniforms 3 times yearly, a name badge, clocking in fob and we will also pay for your online dbs.
We offer free parking which is also monitored 24 hrs by cctv
your hourly rate will be £9.50 plus a 12.07% extra on all overtime
All bank holidays are paid at double rate.
you will be entitled to 5.6 weeks a year holiday
your duties will include the Deliverance of person centered care to all our residents who live with dementia, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer's, you will be working as a team and on your own to ensure the safety and protection of our residents is always maintained.
all training now will be done online and as soon as it is possible face to face training will commence.

Watford House Residential Home has over 30 years experience in Residential and Dementia Care.
A privately run family business, we provide residential and dementia care for private and social services funded residents.The Home has a dedicated EMI Unit and is registered for 43 residents over three buildings.

The highest levels of personal care are offered by our highly trained staff, who are further supported by the NHS and district nurses from Lichfield and Shenstone GP practices.
The gardens are well flowered in the spring and summer months and are ideal areas to take walks or simply sit out in the fresh air.
The property has character and comfort with 5 lounges, 3 lifts, almost all rooms are en-suite.
We offer short stay, respite care and day care arrangements, and there are plans for a day centre.
We promote a relaxed homely environment, and encourage independence in all our residents.
Opened in 1992, The Grange Wing was designed to cater for residents suffering from the onset of dementia,parkinsons and alziehmers. The home is spacious and gives residents the right to wander freely and safely. We offer a safe secure and pleasant environment where our trained staff are on call 24 hours a day, ready to assist with the adjustment to a different lifestyle, enabling residents to live and enjoy a quality of life within their capabilities.
