We are looking to recruit highly motivated seniors to join our growing team at Moorgate.

You will be required to;

·        To act as a role model to all staff in the home.

·        To promote best practice in all aspects of the home’s care delivery

·        To work with the Manager and senior colleagues to promote team work in the home.

·        To mentor and support all staff members.

·        To allocate tasks and to ensure they are carried out correctly.

·        To supervise and participate in the delivery of care ensuring this is carried out to the highest standard

·        To provide effective leadership for care staff through supervision, support and mentoring in all aspects of care

·        To ensure residents individual care documentation is up to date and reflects a person centred approach.


The successful applicant must be able to work in a team as well as independently.


A full enhanced DBS will be required.

Essential skills/Experience A minimum of 2 years experience in health and social care is required Have previous experience in managing staff within a care setting.
Ideal Candidate/Profile We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a passionate, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to delivering excellent person centred care. Strong organisational, time management, planning and communication skills. Educated to NVQ Level 3 (desirable)
