Vista Care Ltd. support young adults with complex needs, Learning Disabilities and/or ASD to have happy, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.

We are looking for Support Workers to join our existing teams in the Kettering area (NN16 & NN15) to work within our residential and supported living services.


We are looking for kind and caring individuals who are also motivated to provide the best possible outcomes for the people living in our services.


A minimum of 3 months of care experience is required.


No two days are ever the same, but generally you would be expected to:


  • support with some aspects of personal care & administer medication
  • manage small amounts of finances & recording and reporting
  • support with food preparation, cooking & basic domestic chores
  • support individuals to develop life skills
  • support with in-house activities
  • support to visit the community for activities – shopping, swimming, gym, cinema, country parks/walks, discos, trampolining, theatre, easting out – the list is endless!
  • support with medical appointments

Essential skills/Experience To have an understanding of how a Learning Disability may impact on an individual's life. To have an understanding on how Autism may impact on an individual's life. Knowledge of the CQC & SOVA. - although full training will be given.
Ideal Candidate/Profile To be kind, caring and have empathy. To be able to take direction, work well in a team and be able to use own initiative. To have good oral and written communication skills. To want the best for the people living in our services.
