As a Personal Support Assistant your goal is to promote and enable our clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Personal Support Assistant roles can also vary from companionship, shopping, meal preparation and housework to aiding with medication, bathing and more personal care duties.
What we offer our Personal Support Assistants
We offer an enhanced rate of pay of up to £11.30 per hour (including travel time) when you reach a Level 3 working in the Community. Rates for Level 1 – Level 3 in the Extra Care Schemes range from £9.90 – £11.30 per hour (including travel time).

What we look for in a Personal Support Assistant
Previous experience in care or as a care assistant is not necessary. Full training is always provided.
