3-5 Early Year Practitioner

Cranley Nursery are currently recruiting for a qualified member of staff to join our 3-5's playroom within one of our three nurseries. Cranley Nursery was first established around 21 years ago. We have won many Nursery Awards over the years including Nursery World Chain of the Year and Team Development. The role is working full time. Working within our team, you will receive excellent training and support within a positive, vibrant and rewarding environment. The Management Team work closely together to ensure you feel supported, developed and challenged within your role. Your role as an Early Years Practitioner will include: Providing high standards of care and quality Supporting children's transition to school Support children's graduation ceremony Support children's group time to achieve and develop their milestones/benchmarks Observe, support and extend children's learning Work with appropriate legislation Support the nursery Improvement Plan Work in partnership with parents Work as a team with other staff members Be flexible and willing to learn Provide a stimulating and positive ethos Good knowledge of the curriculum (however this is not essential) Work and adhere to all company policies
