Role: Registered Manager
Hours: Full time hours 35+ per week with additional on-call hours required on a rota basis.
Location: Rochdale
Salary: negotiable depending on experience.
Role Overview:
Complex Care professionals are recruiting a highly motivated Branch Manager who will be required to be hands on in ensuring high quality standards are met.
As Registered Manager you will be seen as a wealth of knowledge and support for your team and be expected and be responsible for:
- Manage all aspects of the staff team & provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities & have support they need to carry out their role.
- Recruitment, retention and management of Field Staff
- Responsible for the delivery of high quality care
- Supporting & Working with client and their families/ representatives
- Safeguarding
- Business development
- Managing Complex Clients in the community
- Attending MDT meetings
- Working with clinical teams to deliver Nurse Delegated interventions in the community
- Monitor & Maintain the compliance of quality of the branch against the standards set by CQC
- Supervision of all staff with the ability to motivate
- Detailed knowledge of CQC Standards
- Going the extra mile “Simply putting people first”
Experience:
- Managing High Standards of Adult Social Care (Required)
- CQC and Compliance (Preferred)
- Experience of Managing Complex Care (preferred)
- Level 5 (Required)
