About Us:
Charnwood Community Care provides care & support for adults over the age of 18. Our aim to ensure the people we support have full control over the care & support they receive.
We are currently looking to employ individuals who feel that have what it takes to make a positive difference to someone's life.
We are a family run company with a new approach to care. We don’t believe ‘one size fits all’ and so we spend time getting to know our service-users’ needs and wants before their package of care begins.
Our aim is to put the adults we support in control of their care.
