Utmostcare Limited provides care and support to adults of all ages with a learning disability/autism or mental health needs. This includes those with complex and challenging behaviour needs, forensic histories and those with a diagnosis of personality disorder.
We provide companionship, housekeeping, personal care through to 24-hour care in the comfort and security of your own home.
We offer a high standard of tailored services provided by well-trained, friendly, compassionate carers. We aim to work towards the prevention of hospital admissions, attain early discharge and provide support with respite. We pride ourselves on making time for our clients and their families.

- • Must have 3 years and above experience in a management position within the Domiciliary Care
- sector.
- • Understanding of CQC assessment criteria
- • Experience in managing people
- • Promote the business
- • Experience of writing and biding Contracts
- • Participate in the growth and development of the business. Work with the senior management team to achieve sales targets and deliver within budget
