They have a state of the art care home situated within the stunning Norfolk coast, where they currently require an additional Senior Nurse of the highest calibre to join their first class nursing team.
The successful Senior Nurse will be clinically confident, have outstanding communications skills and work well within a team. You will take leadership when required and will be a senior member of staff on duty to ensure smooth running of the service. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be accountable for providing the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing.
For this position, you will need to be a Registered Nurse and experience in a care home environment is desirable but not essential as full support is given. As an RGN qualified Nurse, will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company s and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident s care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an Individualised Care Plan.
