Oakham Grange is a brand new care home, in the heart of the Barleythorpe community and we have opportunities for Senior Support Workers who care; who can demonstrate empathy and passion; and who can enable our residents to have real choice and control over their futures.
At this particular moment in time, we all need to pull together as a community, our residents, and their families need you more than ever in these tough times.
