Registered Nurse RMN RNLD
Nurse Seekers are excited to be recruiting a Registered Nurse RGN RMN or RNLD for an outstanding charity for adults with Learning Disabilities at their facility close to Bungay just outside of Norwich.
Our client is a national charity that transforms the lives of people with learning disabilities. Their site in Hales provides nursing and residential care across three bungalows for up to 13 people with support needs.
As a nurse with our client you will be expect to deliver a high standard of evidence based nursing care, to work within a team of nurses and other professionals and at all times work in a professional and caring manner.
The successful Registered Nurse RGN RMN or RNLD will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company s and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each resident s care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each resident has an individualised Care Plan.
