We also provide residential care for older people and those with chronic mental health problems, supporting them live every day to the full.
Control the provision and replenishment of toiletries, including requisition, storage and distribution of such items.
Dispose of waste materials in a safe, hygienic manner ensuring that it is available for collection as required
Organise own day to day tasks
Maintenance of floor cleaning to the high standards.
Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
This role is being offered on 42.5 hours per week basis. The successful candidate will be expected to work at our 101 bed home, on a flexible basis including long days and weekends to meet the needs of the service.
