Job Role: Support Worker
Hours: 35+ per week (Day and Evening shifts.)
Select Support Partnerships are a fast growing independent provider of bespoke healthcare support to vulnerable adults living independently within the community. We support independent living and choice for individuals who have learning difficulties/ disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis that need personalised care packages and levels of support.
Due to expansion and new packages of care we are seeking more support worker to join our growing team.
Joining us, your role will be to support Adults in our Liverpool services. Our service user’s are either living together in our facilities with others who have similar needs or in their own home. The care provided means that you are assigned to particular service user and can build genuine rapport as you get to know and understand them and their specific needs.
We are justifiably proud of our staff’s ability to rise to the challenge and improve the quality of our Service User’s lives together with the enhanced career prospects accessible through gaining experience in this segment of heath the healthcare provision sector.
This is an exciting time in our expansion where we are very keen to speak to vocational and career minded support workers together with anyone keen to gain experience in Mental Healthcare and develop them self to undertake a rewarding career helping others.

Planned Rosters predominantly based in one place providing consistency of care
MUST have a relevant care qualification or care certificate.
You MUST have at least ONE YEAR S EXPERIENCE OF COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORK in a professional capacity and/or NVQ level 1 or above in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential
Being a car driver is desirable but not essential.
