We are looking for a passionate, focused and experienced Clinical Manager to join us at our Rehabilitation Service in Colchester.
Cygnet Hospital Colchester, formerly known as Fairview Hospital, is a 57 bed service providing a range of intensive support and rehabilitation services for men with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders or mental health needs, and women with a diagnosis of personality disorder and complex mental health needs.

Experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses / RMNs or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse / RNLDs with interests in leadership, research & risk assessment are encouraged to apply.

•You will take responsibility for the day to day overview and steer of the clinical service; ensuring delivery of an optimum level of clinical and therapeutic care and consistency in compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards and KPIs. You would provide the leadership and direction for contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice.

•Organisation and planning skills.
